SUPPLAIN’S VISION IS
to create the open supply chain standard
and the infrastructure on which global companies are run
To standardise connections between companies
To simplify data accuracy verification
To introduce verifiable identities
Today the problem is that supply chain companies - manufacturers, retailers, logistics companies etc - are all using different databases, and there are no clear rules on how data should be stored or moved. As a result, their systems aren’t compatible, and the supply chain is full of inefficiencies. This can only be solved via creating a unified taxonomy together with them.
That’s why we’re starting by bringing global supply chain companies together via conferences to create a consortium that would agree on the taxonomy rules.
However, to implement the taxonomy, we need to also create a technical solution. Here, we’re going back to the 70s and taking the EDI (electronic data interchange) standard, which is excellent for connecting systems and upgrading it by adding blockchain elements to simplify data accuracy verification and introduce verifiable identities.
As a result, we’re creating a next-generation privacy-preserving blockchain supporting our open supply chain standard thesis. Read our white paper via here.
We’ve already started attracting the first companies that want to build on our ecosystem, and we expect to launch the test net in Q4 of 2022, followed by the main net in Q4 of 2023.
